Copyright & Likeness Complaint

You do not need an account to file a complaint. If you believe a video, image, audio track or page on this site uses your copyrighted work, your image, your likeness or your voice without permission, tell us and we will review it.

How to file a complaint

Send complaints to support@fancy-cafe.com

Write "Copyright & likeness complaint" in the subject line.

What to include

• Your name and how we can reach you. If you act for someone else, say who and how you are authorized.
• The exact link (URL) of each item you are reporting, or the task or share link if you have one.
• What you own or who is shown: the original work, or a description of the person whose image or voice appears.
• Why the use is not permitted.
• A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
• While we review, we may restrict access to the reported item.
• We aim to complete the review within 10 business days and tell you the outcome. If we remove the item, we may also notify the account that created it.
• If more information is needed, we will ask you by reply.

Filing a complaint does not stop you from using any other legal remedy available to you.
